The program for the Festival of the Miners Ghost has just been released and there is a great array of events for you to get involved with.

Festival events will run from Monday, 24 October 2017 until Sunday, 29 October 2017. There is something for the whole family.

The Festival will kick off with the Official Opening of Cobar Arts Council Outback Festival Art and Photography Exhibition. Entry forms and guidelines are available below.

On Friday, 27 October 2017 is A Night to Remember our Lost Miners, a service to remember those who have lost their lives in the mines of Cobar at the Heritage Park, followed by a fundraising barbeque at the Museum for the Cobar Miners Memorial.

There is an action packed day on Saturday, 28 October 2017 starting off with a Peak Goild Mine Surface Walk, Miners, Old Timers and More...Cemetery Tours, Dustbowl Fuel Burners "Show and Shine", Miners Reunion, Markets, CSA Mine Fireworks and much more.
