In accordance with Section 402 of the NSW Local Government Act 1993, Council must prepare a Management Plan in respect of Council's activities for at least the next three years. The Management Plan is an extensive document that outlines methods of operation to be adopted by Council staff and comprises the various statutory requirements of Council.
