Gaining a qualification in aged care enables you to work ANYWHERE in Australia with transferable skills in time management, leadership, problem solving, flexibility, compassion, teamwork and communication! The elderly are in need of quality care throughout the whole country which makes it easy to move around and pick up work! There are a variety of shifts that allow employees to work around their own lifestyle with penalty rates for evening shifts and weekend work.
