Active transport infrastructure, including walking and cycling routes, supports healthier communities, improved accessibility and more connected towns. Cobar Shire Council’s existing Active Transport Plan is being updated to guide future investment and project planning.

This project will update Council’s Active Transport Plan. The updated plan will review existing priorities, identify future walking and cycling infrastructure needs, and support Council’s ability to seek future funding for active transport projects.
