Euabalong Bridge Replacement

The existing bridges on Booberoi Road and Round Hill Road in Euabalong have exceeded their useful life and are currently restricted to a 3-tonne load limit, despite originally being designed to support up to 100 tonnes. These restrictions have significantly impacted the agricultural industry and local community, forcing a 50 km detour on Round Hill Road and an 80km detour on Booberoi Road.

Upgrading these bridges will restore access for heavy agricultural machinery and trucks, improving transport efficiency and connectivity for the region.

This project involves the construction of two new bridges:
  • Booberoi Road Bridge
  • Round Hill Road Bridge
Both bridges are beyond their asset life. The project scope includes
  • the design and construction of two new bridges
  • development of road approaches

April 2026

This project is proudly funded by the NSW Government.
