The Cobar Memorial Swimming Pool is proudly managed by the Leisure and Recreation Group on behalf of Cobar Shire Council, providing high quality service, products and experience.
This charming outdoor facility has something for the whole family to do this summer, so why not come down and enjoy, whether you’re lap swimming for fitness, or just after a leisurely swim, our 50m pool and hydro play area cater for all user groups.
Why not utilise our spacious grass picnic areas our brand new covered BBQ area!
The café offers a range of food and beverages: espresso coffee, toasted sandwiches, hot chips, hot dogs and ice creams are just a few of the items on the menu.
Also available this season are swimming lessons.
Opening Hours – October & March: Monday-Friday: 6am to 8am and 10am to 6pm; Saturday-Sunday and Public Holidays: 10am to 7pm. November & February: Monday-Friday: 6am to 8am and 10am to 7pm; Saturday-Sunday and Public Holidays: 10am to 7pm. December & January: Monday-Friday: 6am to 8am and 10am to 8pm; Saturday-Sunday and Public Holidays: 10am to 8pm. Closed Christmas Day.
Water Slide Hours of Operation: October and March – Monday, Thursday and Friday: 4pm to 5:30pm; Saturday-Sunday and Public Holidays: 12pm to 5pm; November and February – Monday, Thursday and Friday: 4pm to 6pm; Saturday-Sunday and Public Holidays: 12pm to 5pm; December and January – Monday, Thursday and Friday: 4pm to 6pm; Saturday-Sunday and Public Holidays: 12pm to 5pm; School Holidays: In the Christmas school holidays and public holidays, weekday operating hours will be the same as the weekend hours.
